1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via our online shop.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that is predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
2. Contracting Party

3. Conclusion of Contract
3.1. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order.
3.2. By clicking the "Buy" / "Order now with obligation to pay" / "Test for 14 days" button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.
3.3. The contract is concluded when we accept your order with an order confirmation by e-mail.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.
Instructions on Withdrawal
Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (NaDeex GmbH, Peterzellerstr. 8C, 78048 Villingen-Schwenningen, E-mail: service@nadeex.de, Tel.: 07721 4018754) by means of a clear statement (e.g., by post or e-mail) of your decision.
You can use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.
Consequences of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us) within 14 days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.
You must send back the goods within 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Important note on filter cartridges and membranes:
Please note that filter cartridges and membranes are not reusable for hygienic reasons once they have come into contact with water.
In the event of a return within the scope of the right of withdrawal after commissioning, we reserve the right to deduct the pro rata value of the filters/membranes used (replacement costs) from the refund amount (§ 357 para. 7 BGB).

5. Prices and Shipping Costs
5.1. All prices are in Euro including statutory VAT.
5.2. Shipping costs are displayed in the ordering process.
6. Delivery
6.1. Delivery within Germany is via DHL, unless otherwise stated.
6.2. Delivery time: 2–5 working days after receipt of payment.
7. Payment
Payment possible via:
– Shopify Payments (credit card, instant transfer, Klarna, etc.)
– PayPal
8. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment.
9. Warranty Conditions
In addition to the statutory warranty of 24 months, we grant a 12-month manufacturer's warranty (total of 36 months).
The warranty is only valid with regular filter changes according to manufacturer specifications and refers exclusively to electronic components (e.g., heating element, pump).
Plastic parts, filter cartridges, and membranes are excluded from the warranty.
In case of gross negligence or improper use, we reserve the right to charge a repair fee.
The warranty period begins with the invoice date or the delivery date – the earlier date is decisive.
10. Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
We are not obliged and unwilling to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
